Brewery Pottery

Tom & Diana Johnston have been making pottery for 30+ years. Along with wheel thrown pottery, they create distinctive textured and inlaid slab pieces. Diana’s love of colors and oddities is evident in her paintings and unique assemblage clocks. Within this rambling former brewery, you will find the work of local artists Ben Russell, Karen Fitzsimons and Bruce Fortney and over 100 other artists.  Located right behind Mineral Spring Guest House in the original Mineral Spring Brewery bottling facility.

Howdle Studios

Bruce Howdle has been creating unique mugs, steins, vases & relief sculptures for 30+ years. You will find him in his studio – also a work of restoration art, happy to show you how his sculpted relief works are made. Also featured at the gallery are Jan Johnson, who paints colorful botanical watercolors and James Johnson, who creates startling abstract works using a variety of media.

Johnston Gallery

Longbranch Gallery

Rustic, Fine & Folk Art by over 60 Regional & National Artists. Longbranch owners Judy Sutcliffe and Sandy Scott opened the gallery in October of 2002 in an historic 1840's limestone building. Judy is a tile muralist, author, and jewelry artist. Sandy oversees the gallery and does figurative sculpture in her spare time.

The Mulberry Pottery

Sirius Sunlight Glass Studio

Jill Engels is a 5th generation Mineral Point native, a designer and crafter in glass Her 2D and 3D stained glass is influenced by her love of nature and dedication to the cause of peace. Chuck Pound is a torch-work marble maker, whose other hot glasswork includes hummingbirds, beads, icicles and aquariphernailia.

Windy Ridge Pottery

Joe and Christy Cole use hand-processed local materials, including wood ash, corn ash, limestone, dolomite, and red clay from a local quarry to create surfaces that emerge from wood firings with distinctive character and depth and stand up to daily use.  Their gallery is located four miles west of Mineral Point on Hwy 39 and is open daily from 10 -5.
